Junior IT Technician - Johannesburg

 

NEW POSITION OPENING

We have an exciting new opening in our team for a Junior IT Support Technician

Minimum requirements:

-Bachelors Degree in Information Systems
-Requesting data from the Clients from the primary source (ERP) or -secondary data sources including ERP integration systems, billing systems, or any other source as may be requested by the Client.
-Assisting Clients with data extraction when required.
-Cleaning data and Converting the raw data into Excel format.
-Analyse the raw into information/reports required by management and tax consultants for data interpretation.
-Preparing ongoing reports where required.
-Maintaining a secure Database.
-Identify potential process improvements and recommend implementation strategies
-Administration and design of workflow applications including Teamwork and Teamwork Desk.
-Management and design of websites.
-General information technology support and management including Office 365.
-Other information technology support as determined by the Company
